Yesterday I did my regular blood tests and now I’m worried. Blood work showed Normal LDL but high triglycerides! How is that possible? Is this common? This week I will go to my doctor to consult but until then I want to know what’s happening. Does anybody have any answer?
That’s nothing unusual. High LDL and high triglycerides don't always go together, it varies from person to person. Drinking alcohol can cause high triglycerides. High levels of Triglycerides are also associated with pancreatitis. Try to avoid processed sugars in candies and alcohol products. I heard that fish oil is an alternative to medications.
