Hello! I’m 34 years old. I used some antidepressants like amitriptyline and nortriptyline, and now I have Body Tremors as a side effect. I drink a lot of coffe during the day, and that makes this problem even worse. How can I treat this condition?
My brother had Body Tremors for a long time. Tremors are involuntary, movements of body parts. Every time he tried to get some sleep, tremors woke him up and that trembling continued for about 2 minutes. There wasn’t any pain, but he couldn’t get any sleep for many nights. He almost got fired because he was very tired at work and couldn’t concetrate. But then he heard that there are medicines that help with this condition, and he decided to try. If I remember well, it was a drug called propranolol. It really helped him, and he doesn’t have tremors any more.
