Bowel and headache

Every few weeks my head gets light headed and it feels like there is so much pressure in it. I noticed when I feel like that my bowel is upset and I go to the toilet more. I tried drinking Yakult, it helped a little but I still end up having the light headedness. It gets so bad that I cannot concentrate or focus my eyes on something. I cant even go to a shopping centre and walk around it gets worse. It's like a headache without the ache or pain.
Please can someone relate????
