The last 2 times my boyfriend & I have had sex, he comes close to cumming, but then he says it feels as if his penis is going numb, and then he loses his erection, and we have to stop. WTH is going on?? Its starting to worry both him & I Sad .

That is a bit of a weird thing to hear... I say you should see a docter instead of asking a forum about such a serious thing.
