I missed a pill last saturday (June 2) and took 2 one sunday and made sure I took them at the same time for the rest of the week. Early monday (June 4) morning I started spotting (which is really more like a light period). I am still having bleeding today friday (June Cool

. I was on my second week of pills (Ortho Tri-cyclen Lo) when I missed one, now on third week. Anyone know why I am still having bleeding?

You are bleeding because you missed a pill. The sudden drop in hormones caused a bleed.

It is normal, and that does happen when women miss pills. Keep taking them as usual.

I only missed one pill, other months I have missed just one and took it the next day like this month and I didn't having any bleeding and not for a week either.

It does not matter that you did not have bleeding any other months, because your body can react differently each and every month.

Many women do bleed when they miss a pill.
