Breast Tenderness, sore nipples, late period and the POP.

I am a 23yr old mum to my 6yr old son. I was using a Mirena IUS up and changed due to unsuitability. Lately since being put on Cerazette, a combined pill (POP) I have had only one period in the last 8 wks. My period I did have was about a week long (very different to my usual 3/4 days). I have recently been experiencing very sore breasts and nipples, some nausea and lightheadedness. I have taken a home pregnancy test to rule that out. Is this because I may be awaiting a late period, or could it be stress?! Any help please? xxx
