Hi, I am 36 years old female with two children. And I have noticed a milky, liquid Breast discharge in left breast. Should I get concerned?

Hi, you should know that bloody nipple discharge is the most concerning for possible malignancy. But, in cases of clear (watery) or yellowish, milky, or greenish black nipple discharge an examination is also required. It doesn’t have to be any malignant change, but it deserves to be checked. When there is a nipple discharge coming from just one duct in a nipple, it can be indicating a cancer. The nipple discharge can come from just one point (duct) on the nipple or there can be present multiple droplets from several ducts. When it is in one breast and from only one duct, a mammogram, a ductogram and sometimes cytology tests are performed.
