I am a 24 year old dude, and my breasts are too big. I am not grossly overweight, but I am a bit chubby. I guess probably about 20-30 lbs too big. My breast however look as if I was 80 lbs overweight or something. I guess a way to explain it in laymen's terms would be "bitch tits" or "milk tits" With a little bit of weight loss I would feel comfortable with my shirt off, but with my breasts looking like a A cup female it looks really bad. The way that my nipples do actually do look as if I was a lactating A cup girl. It wouldnt be that bad if my nipples didnt stick out like they do. It is very embarassing to be like this, and I was wondering if there is such as thing as a breast reduction for guys. Could someone please give me some info on this subject.
