Breast soreness and lump! Whats wrong with me?

Im 14 years of age

The other day I found that my breast felt sore and like there was a lump in it.
Its now gone red around a particular area, around about the place where the lump is and it hurts, the lump is right next to the nipple and you can't tell its there when you look at it, but only when you touch it.

Please help me Confused
