I am in top shape, have never had any major problems medically, but yesterday I started to get an intense pressure on the front of my throat whenever I breathe deeply, or an intense pressure on my upper chest and front of my throat if I lean forward and breathe. Its become very annoying and has temporarily limited my physical activity. When I told this to people, they had no idea what i was talking about, and it doesn't feel like anything is stuck in my throat. The pressure sort of resonates from my lower throat to my lungs for every breath that I take.

It didn't really start at any particular time, i just started to barely notice it while I was sitting down yesterday. Any information on this would be extremely helpful.
