Hi. I am thinking about breast augmentation… I am not sure though. I have three children and I feel like the time has come to do something with my body. My breasts look saggy and I think it`s implant time. What do you think?

Hi. I have small breasts and I have breast implants. I am not happy the way my breasts look. They look pretty artificial to me. They are also asymmetris and this is really visible. If I only knew how they will look, I would never go for a breast agumentation. However, many women are quite happy with their new breasts. If you make up your mind, you should be aware of many possible complications. These complications include post-operative bleeding, fluid collections, breast pain, alterations in nipple sensations, visible wrinkling, asymmetric appearance and synmastia.

Having small breasts does not mean that you will have a bad outcome in breast augmentation surgery. It just means that your surgeon will make choices to try and mask the profile of the implant.
It's a few years, old, but I found this article by Dr. Grant Stevens, a plastic surgeon in Los Angeles, pretty helpful when my wife and I were researching her procedure:
