First of all, I was suppose to get my period this coming friday, but for the last few months it hasn't been regular, and I have been off the pill for some time now. Even though I only have my period for 3 days, I do usually have a full 3 day cycle.
This month since last Thursday all I have been having is this brown, sort of old blood discharge and not yet have had a regular period for this month.
I will be turning 40 in a few months and I am wondering if this could be one symptom that I am getting close to manopause? I am not on any pill, nor do I take any other kinds of medication.
I am just a little concerned, or maybe I shouldn't. I am thinking that my body is just going through a change, could this be?
