Brown Discharge after sex

Hey There,

Lately I have been having brown watery discharges 12hrs after sex and can last for upto 2days on and off. my last period was 3 weeks ago

I'm 25, and have unprotected sex with my husband. My periods are all over the place and have been since I was 13. I sometimes go 4-5months without having them. I also have cysts on my ovaries which i consulted my doctor with about 6months ago and I am scheduled to have a specialist look at them in the next 2 months. They have prevented me from falling pregnant.

My question is, what could the brown discharge be? some people on these message boards say pregnancy, some say allergic reaction.

please help!
