Brown Discharge and very light cramps 10 days before period

I am 19 years old and I have been on the pill since august of 2006. Recently my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex near the end of my period. We had sex twice the first time he was no where near ejaculating but the second time he was but pulled out early enough that he finished himself. I have had light crampings for the past couple of days. About 5 days ago I could tell I was in ovulation because my discharge was alot and clear but now i still get random cramps on the right side(very light and sometimes not noticeably unless I think about it) the discharge I have now started out light pink but now is brownish..I don't show any other signs of pregnancy. Im not anymore tired that I have been since as long as I can remember and I dont have tender breasts and my appetite is the same. My period is due in a week but I am freaking out that I am pregnant...any suggestions? could I be pregnant or is this just pre-period stuff...

you werent in "ovulation" because when youre on birth control, the ovulation process doesnt happen.
