Brown bleeding, white elastic tissue with clump brown blood

I am not sure if I had a miscarriage. 2 Days before, I had a HPV test and Biopsy. My Gyno found a Polyp in the lip of my uterus entrance. She took it out the Polyp and did a HPV Test, and made a Biopsy test. My vagina didnt stop bleeding from the piece of tissue my Gyno took out, she put 2 pieces of gauze tied together, inserted in my vagina and had me to keep it there for 9hrs. You cant imagine the frustration I had to find that gauze. She put a brown stuff on the lining of my vagina to clean my vagina. A day after, I had brownish discharge in small thick discharge. I still not sure where it came from, my guess was from the brown solution she put in my vagina being flushed by my body. Today, brown discharge continue in bigger amounts. I bought a pregnancy test to see that is not from Implantation Bleeding, it came out negatve. I cleaned myself with a wet tissue, but then, I suddenly found a elastic tissue with a clump of brown blood and little white looking cartilage on it, I still cleaned myself, then a white mucous discharge came out. I am very scared to think that I had a miscarriage or worst a cyst burst in my uterus, I will call my doc to tell her this, but I want to prepare myself. Does anyone know what happened to me? Please pray that everything ok... I will let you know what I will find out from my gyno.

I have the same symptoms. It scared me so bad. The only difference is that I just got the paragard IUD in, 2 days before. I had extremely bad cramping the day of, and the day after I had it put in, I had soo much pain all day. Then, the next day I felt fine, I went to use the restroom, and I felt something coming out. I looked, and it was a huge peice of tissue with brown spots and yellowish discharge with weird smell. I went to an urgent care, they said they couldn't find anything wrong, but if the pain worsened, I vomited continuously, got a fever, or when taking the 800mg ibuprofin, the pain didn't go away within a few hours, to go straight to the emergency room for a sonar. I also HAVE to go to a professional OBG YN within 3 days. I have no STD's, or disease, I am clean. I am 18, 136 lbs, and have never had a child. They told me that even though their test said I am not pregnant, the only way to be totally sure is to get a sonar. But IDK what is wrong either...
