Hi im 14 and i was masturbating with a plastic bag and now i have theese pimles on the top of my head and its red. i also have a brown splotch(its just flat) about .5cm x .5cm and a couple small ones near my hole. and bumps under my head down my cock a little, the brown spot sometimes hurts and iches and i feel itch in my ear(wierd) Question . i've had this all my life and just wondering what it could be and if i have to go to the doctor because i really dont want to.
