Brown-stained panties several years after having a hysterect

I am 24 years old. When I was 21 I had to have a total hysterectomy because of ovarian dermoid cysts and endometriosis. The doctor also took out both ovaries. About two years later I started noticing that my panties were staying stained dark brown almost black. I take a lot of medication for my heart, asthma, and depression. I also take a hormone pill. What could this possibly be? I am scheduled to see my gynocologist in a few days, I just wanted to be a little more prepared. Please help! I am very worried about this!

I am experiencing the same annoying problem and don't know what it is. I had a hysterectomy several years ago and have been to the gynecologist and urologist and they can't find anything wrong but I am still ruining all of my panties with these dark stains.

Please let me know if you have found out anything. Thanks.
