I am 14 years old, and I have been getting a Browny-yellow nipple discharge from one nipple only. It is on my bras and often comes when I lie on my front all night. I havent got my period yet. I'm so afraid I have cancer... please help!

my right nipple has been discharging for a while now, its kinda yellow, i've searched online for medicines that may cause this problem and i found that a med i have been taking (metphormin) which is for diabetic patients but im not sure its the cause i need help
