Bubbly feeling in diaphram during pregnancy

HI, I am 11 weeks pregnant with #3. I have a feeling like big bubbles are forming under my right rib cage and then popping. It's not causing me pain or anything, more of a ticklish feeling. I had this with my 2nd pregnany too. It just started today and other than that my pregnancy has been smooth and sickness free.

If it's any help I have had 2 c/sections with my previous 2 children.
