I have bulimia related question. I gave up throwing up about two months ago, and it is getting bad again. I was a bad bulimic and was in a very bad situation health wise but it felt good and I realized how bad I missed it. Now I have been throwing up after eating in the back of my throat. I don’t understand why I feel this way???
Please don't go back to bulimia, it isn't a good idea. If you go back to it, it'll only mean that you'll have to recover all over again and you know best how it felt. Do you really want to go through all that stress, perhaps try get a new hobby to keep yourself busy? Is tried with sports when I decided to recover, and I find it helps a lot too keep me occupied. I don’t think about it all day.
