Ok, I had a 1Cm bumb on my scrotum located between my penis and my testicals for about 3 days. Its in the skin part and not located on the testies itself. I went ahead and popped it and a clear liquid/blood came out with a little bit of dark white stuff. Now its red and painful with a smaller red bump and its been going on for atleast 2 days now...
