Bump on my boyfriend pubic hair region

MY boyfriend has a bump located on the hairy pubic hair region above the penis. Its about 1/2 inch big and its been there for about half a year. We had several sexual encounters before and I don't have any symptoms. Is this sign of STD or is it keloid? He does have keloid on his chest and some on face.

MY BOYFRIEND HAS THE SAME THING, ONE THERE, ON HIS CHEST AND ONE REMOVED FROM THE FACE, NOT AN STD.
