Bumps in throat with cold symptms and a migraine.

Three days ago I started to get a cold, that night I got a migraine headache and it has not gone away. This morning I woke up with small bumps, that don't appear to be with in the back of my throat. My throat doesn't hurt at this point. My head is stuffy, I'm sneezing, and my head hurts from the pain of the migraine headache. I also feel nausous at times and have actually thrown up once. I thought this was just a cold til I got the Bumps in my throat. What could this be?
