Burning Sensation after urination

Hello Everyone;
Two months ago I had Chlamydia and I was treated for and after I took the medication, I was tested (swabbed) again and the Chlamydia was gone. Since I had the Chlamydia until now I have been having a light burning sensation in the penus right after I pass urine. Sometimes the burning does not happen in 3 days and sometimes I feel it for the entire day right after I urinate. I have done many urine tests and cultures and everything is Ok. When I have this burning sensation (I feel in no way that it burns and is not painful), I feel that I want to squeeze the tip of my penus so I can feel better). When I have this sensation, also like to sit while crossing my legs so I can have my penus in between and squeeze it.
What Could this be?
