Hello - can someone advise me?

I went to the doctors not so long ago cause I noticed my balls had lumps - I was told there was no problem & that the burning sensation was nothing serious to worry about.

But I get a burning sensation on the end of my penis after I have had oral, sex or ever masterbated. Its not all the time just say 1/2 the time. But its still very painful - I also get a paid on the edge of my bum around my prostate area.

I have only had unprotected sex with 1 girl who was my girlfriend at the time. And oral sex to but I am reluctant to go to my doctor.

Also I have little spots literally all over my penis. Can anyone please advise me on what this all could be?
