Burning, discharge and bleeding - Please help

Just today I started noticing a bad burning sensation when I urinate and also there is a clear discharge as well as blood. I just finished my period at the end of last week. I don't know if it is a simple infection, a bladder infection...or if it is clahmidya. I need to know what this is.

I had something very similar but worse. This is the symptoms of a very bad urinary tract infection that needs to be treated asap. Something like this could turn into bladder cancer later in life if it goes untreated. Get to a doctor. I woke up one morning with the toilet full of blood. Thought I was having a miscarriage because I had one before. My period was due soon after so I assumed I was prego. No prego diagnoses just a very bad urinary tract infection.
