Burning in the groin area (and on feet)

Hello, I was wondering if the symptoms I had were anything I should be worried about. Approximately 2 weeks ago I noticed 2 small red raised bumps on my penis where the skin is softer on the upper part and in a day or two there was a tingling sensation on my penis which eventually turned into a burning sensation. The odd thing is the burning sensation came and went, was not really constant. There was also an odd feeling when I urinated and it looks like one side of the opening there is redder and irritated. There was really no rash or anything, at the very most it looked dry and maybe slightly red. Now right after my penis had this burning sensation my feet seemed to start getting it too. I tried applying an anti-fungal spray but that doesnt seem to be doing much. My current state now is rather odd, my penis seems to be getting better but now my scrotum has that burning sensation and is slightly red, but only on part of it, the upper and right part. The antifungal spray only seemed to irritate it and make it seem cold. Now I did have unprotected sex with my girlfriend of 1 and a half years years before this happened and I know she has never been with anyone else and I never had unprotected sex with anyone else. Should I be worried or will something like this go away on its own? I wash the areas with soap and water every day, sometimes twice. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
