I have been with my boyfriend now for 2 months and when we first started having sex everything was fine. Now that we are having sex(without a condom) I feel burning sensations after sex, its uncomfortable sometimes during sex and on different occasions I have a little itching. What does this mean? Do I have a STD or STI?

You may. Seeing that everything was okay while a condom was in use. Now that you are no longer protected (why not) you may have contracted something from bf. Do you have any discharge?
I suggest you pay a visit to your Doctor.
Sex should not be uncomfortable, all of a sudden.

Tho sometimes when sex is a little rough, you may have a little burning when you are done, and when you urinate. Also when a couple has sex a lot, meaning a few times a day, every day, there is a thing called "honey moon syndrome". This is an irritation of the vaginal area due to extreme sex.
