I have a burning feeling at the tip of my penis when I pee, a now and then dull ache in my testicles and a periodical anal pain. Do I have an STD?

I have similar sensations with varying degree, at varying times. I was diagnosed with varicoceles in my testicles a few weeks ago. The only thing I can reason is that the nerves must be close together, so they act on each other in combination with exercising and/or sitting down for long periods of time. Go see the doc!
