I have for some time now had a burning sensation,like I've been outside in the sun for too long,with no rash or redness and only ever on my upper legs and occasionally working its way down to my lower leg.
It is very annoying and seeing a doctor has done no good as they practically told me it was all in my head.
Could anyone tell me what could cause this and what to do about it.

Hi there - a number of years ago I had a similar problem.... It was something to do with a nerve in my lower back. They recommend swimming and exercise. It happened to me after a car accident.
