Burning urination! Really concerned

Hello i have noticed that when i urinate theres a burning feeling, but also with that i have noticed that its only when i have been drinking soda or juices all day but when i drink nothing but water for the day and urinate theres no burning. I just wanted to know if this is like a Urinary track infection or some kind of STD?

actually, an Sexually Transmitted Diseases can can cause a Urinary Tract Infection (especially in females because of the small urethra). However, Chlamydia can cause burning urination in males. you should seek medical treatment ASAP because such an infection can quickly ascend to your kidneys causing irreversable damage. Be sure to ask for a culture and sensitivity test to be performed to make sure the antibiotic perscribed will be effective in eliminating the bacterial colony imperical to your infection. Also, be sure to request that your sexual partner be treated to as these infections tend to pass from one to the other, especially if one partner never shows signs or symptoms.
