I have chronic yeast infection problems (been diagnosed many times), but the treatments I receive almost always cause a burning pain that lasts for 1-2 hours after application. My vulvar area swells and turns really red. Is this a bad reaction to antifungals? Is there something else I can do? I've tried hydrocortisone, but it doesn't seem to help. It gets so bad sometimes that I cry!

It's like I have to go through pain to get better. Aaahhh!!!
