It could be a lot of things, but based on the scanty amount of information you've given I'd just be speculating if I tried to guess what the problem might be, or if there is one.

First, are you a girl? If so, what are you expecting to happen besides having an orgasm?

Lots of girls don't cum like boys do (we are assuming you're a girl?). The boy's thing is VERY different than the girls thing. Be careful - you may be ok, don't worry about it until someone who knows a lot more can help you understand...
