CPAP versus the surgery for Obstructive Sleep Apnea?

Hi! I’m 37 years old and I have a big sleeping problem. My diagnosis is Obstructive Sleep Apnea. I’ve never heard about it before but now I read a little bit about this sleeping disorder. Can somebody who knows something about it tell me what is better? CPAP versus the surgery for Obstructive Sleep Apnea? Thanks!

Hi! I used to have that problem with sleeping few years ago. It’s nothing dangerous but can be very annoying. You don’t need to worry too much. CPAP is the most common treatment for obstructive sleep apnea. It was helpful for me. Of, course your doctor will tell you what is the best for you.
