How CVA can be recognized? How characteristic its symptoms may be? My grandmother had an attack, in fact it was considered that was cv attack, but we noticed nothing serious. She was complaining that had headache, more intensive than usually. Is that all? One has headache and it shows to be cva?

Well, it is actually not that simple. Symptoms of cva include sudden loss of consciousness, paralysis, blood clots formats and block the artery and it can lead to intracerebral bleeding. Of course, it does not have to be that hard. Any partial or total interruption of blood supply that refers to loss of brain function can lead to cerebral vascular accident. In fact, it is cerebral vascular accident no matter how it is manifested. Some of the symptoms are decreased sensation, weakness of body, headache, slurred speech, loss of coordination, eyelid dropping, strange behaviour…
