I would like to know what caffeine addiction symptoms are. I drink at least 3 coffees per day. There are mornings when I am late and I don’t have time for coffee until first break in 10.am and when that happens I have severe headache like my head is pulsating. So, is that addiction are what?
Most probably, I feel the same when I start the day without coffee. Most people are unaware of caffeine's addictive properties and those who consume 300 mg. or more per day, suffer from withdrawal symptoms if they abruptly cut off their caffeine supply. Most caffeine users will suffer from symptoms of fatigue and depression, irritability, tremors, jumpiness, deprivation of deep sleep, and vascular headaches.
