Caffeine Withdrawal and Menstruation?

Sorry about another post..

But it dawned on me..how sick I've been feeling (I just got over an intestinal bug..right around ovulation) and right about that time I went cold turkey on caffeine..because I was going to try to lose weight.

Between the intestinal bug time and now..I felt very tired and sluggish...and feeling very.. ill stomach always hurt..felt so tired. Sleep patterns got all screwed up.

Could it be caffeine withdrawal that's causing such problems for me and my period? Which is about late.. My blood sugar/pressure is shot to hell because of lack of caffeine..but when I eat it rises. No wonder I felt dizzy and nauseous.

Could it also be that it might be late because I was sick? I have my mild to severe pms symptoms..but no flow..

Should I get a preggers test just to be safe?

I'd love to hear from anyone. Thoughts..advice..etc.
