I have hypocalcaemia and have to use some calcium suplaments. I am 25 years old and want to have a baby next year. I want to wait for my calcium level in blood get normal before get pregnant. I’d like to have recommendation for some calcium suplaments. How long does it take to solve the problem with hypocalcaemia? Thanks.
I can recommend you to try calciday, calcicew or calcimix. It is very important to fix this problem before get pregnant because you’ll need additional dose of calcium in pregnancy. Calcium is not important just for bones and teeth; it is absolutely implacable for normal function of heart. Actually every contraction of your muscles can happen thanking to calcium.
