Hi
I recently had a scan for my lungs and it was discovered that I have 2 small calcium lumps in my right lung. Should I be worried about this? Will they get bigger? What, if anything, should or can be done to remove these lumps?

you should get tested for an overactive parathyroid gland or a disease called sarcoidosis both cause abnormal calcium levels in the body Do you get kidney stones? did your lungs make popping noises when you took deep breaths? there is a surgery that is called a parathyroidectomy that lowers the level of calcium in the body im checking into it for my recurring kidney stones but also wonder if there is any connection with popping noise in my lungs. as for removing them well it seems like surgery is the option only if it is life threatening
