I have always watched on television people with perfect calves. Off course, I have tiny and ugly ones. That’s why I was thinking if there is some surgery or any method to help me? I would do anything, because it’s really annoying me. I need any suggestion what to do and if that surgery really exists did anyone make it?

I have the same problem as you do. I don’t know if you are man or woman, but it doesn’t matter. I am 20 years old female and I want to look nice, but my calves really don’t help me. I was asking a lot about that so maybe I can share what I found out with you. I found out it’s recommended to try various exercises for building up the calves first. Also someone use steroids too, but it’s not so good because of the side effects. At the end, and the best choice is calf implant. That is surgery that can make calves look more full and muscular. Appearance is quite natural, they say, and it’s often possible to return to all normal activities. Calve implants can be done under local anesthesia or some sedation, with low risk of complications. Results are often quite long lasting at calve implants but I have heard its temporary augmentation and some day implants should be removed. I am still thinking what would be the best, but I hope I helped you. |
