Generally speaking, no.

If you stopping taking Birth Control and are pregnant taking birth control pills again will not abort the pregnancy.

There is a pill called the "morning after" pill. Normally these pills are given very soon after having sex. The longer you go the less chance you have of this pill preventing pregnancy.
