Can Dimenhydrinate cause drowsiness?

I need to know one thing. Can Dimenhydrinate cause drowsiness? I have problem with nausea and vomiting caused by motion sickness. When I am in the bus it is like I am on the ship at sea. I feel sick even in city buses when I go on short distance. I am taking dimenhydrinate. It works for me but it seems that it cause drowsiness. I feel drowsy all day.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I am sick even when I thought that I am not going on my two foots. I like dimenhydrinate because it works by preventing problems with body balance. But drowsiness is one of the most common side effects. Be careful if you are driving. I had one nasty experience, I almost got killed. I was driving 6 hours and I almost fall asleep.
