Can I buy Promethazine with codeinewithout a prescription?

It looks I will have to deal with allergies for my entire life from now on. I do not know how I even got them, all I know that it might happen because of a very stressful period in my life. I am supposed to take Promethazine (my friend that suffers from allergy too recommended it) with codeine; can I get them without a prescription?

I think that you should go to the doctor first, to determine what you are exactly allergic on. And then, you will be prsccribeed with the proper medication. Do not take medications just because someone said it helped him, which is reckless and might complicate things additionally. Have you ever though that you might be allergic to some ingredient of the drug?

So were you able to get that drug without a prescription. I just recently
got allergies also, but do not have health insurance. A friend
