Can I manage pain if I use alternative treatments?

Hello to you all. I've been suffering from arthritis for several years. I have spondylitis in my neck and it gives me a terrible pain. I would like to know whether I can manage this pain by using alternative treatments. What would you suggest me in this case? I will appreciate all your advices.

Hi, there. Many people turn to alternative treatments for pain. Those are various sorts of pain. There are many methods. Some people get the relief by yoga or meditation only. Some find the cure in massage. Others try with acupuncture and/or acupressure. Many people try with diet and herbs. I think that every organism is individual and solution can be different for different persons. That would be my opinion. I hope you will find the most suitable option for you. Bye!
