| Hi, folks. I have a lot of stress on my work and I am thinking of finding a way to release the anxiety. My friend recommended me yoga classes. I must admit that I haven’t got much spare time, so I would like to practice yoga through video materials. Do you recommend this way of learning yoga? Thanks for all your replies. |

| Hi to you too. Yoga is great for getting rid of anxiety. It is an excellent way to find a harmony between your mind, your body and the surroundings. However, I must admit that I am not for learning yoga through video materials or websites. Nothing can replace a class with your instructor. You can learn a lot from a good instructor. And I don’t mean only physical part, but also yoga philosophy and ethics. I understand that you haven’t got much spare time. Is it possible to find yoga classes near your home or your work, so you won’t need to travel a lot? I hope this is possible. Please, let me know what you did. Good luck! |
