Can I use aromatherapy in pregnancy?

Hi, I am 26 years old female and I am in the 4th month of pregnancy. I have heard that aromatherapy may be very good and healthy for women in pregnancy like me. I would like to try it but I don't have any experience with it. If someone may suggest me some essential oils I would be very thankful.

Hi, as you know pregnancy is very delicate period of life. Essential oils and aromatherapy may be very good for women who are preparing for labor but also there are some oils which pregnant women would avoid. Also you have to be very careful with aromatherapy if you suffer from some allergy. Oils which are not good for pregnancy are: basil, cedar wood, cinnamon, juniper and jasmine. Anyway if you feel something while are you using aromatherapy it would be the best to consult you doctor.
