Can Nabothian cyst cause miscarriage?

I had a missed miscarriage (with d&c) two weeks ago. I was 9 weeks along, but the baby stopped developing at 6 weeks. The doctor said they found a Nabothian cyst during the d&c. Could this have caused any complications that would have lead to a miscarriage? Could this affect our ability to conceive again? I didn't find out until my two week checkup that they found a Nabothian cyst, and didn't get much of an answer out of the doctor. Any information would be greatly appreciate!
