Can Pearly penile papules appear anywhere?

I have had these for as long as I can remember, haven't noticed them spread anywhere but they look pretty much exactly like PPP. But from what it seems they are only around the head of the penis. Can be all over the head? not alot, just a couple and a couple on the shaft?

really should probably just goto doctor instead of self diagnostic, but for something that doesn't seem to spread or hurt at all, I can't be bothered. ;P

uhh im goin through the same thing. Im about to go to a doctor. If i had to self diagnos myself it sounds like Fordyce’s spots. Not PPP

Try search for both conditions on wikipedia and see which picture best matches what you've got.
