My mum is constantly complaining about tiredness and had night sleep. She is 45 years old. I am not sure, but I think that her periods are regular. She is suffering from severe respiratory allergies, and she has therapy for that. My concern is whether it is sign of menopause of her allergy. Can allergies disturb sleep?
It is not right. Every time a woman has a problem sleeping it is necessary a menopause (if she is 45 year older) or PMS (if she is under 45). Yes, allergies can disturb sleep, and it is not pleasant at all. Imagine yourself without breath with itchy eyes and nose. Could you sleep like that? Not to mention sore throat and side effects of allergy medications. If you really love your wife, you will listen to my advice and you will try to understand her and help her.
