Can antiaging antioxidants prevent some serious diseases?

Hello, folks. I have turned certain age when it is time to think about aging process. I am thinking of using antiaging antioxidants since there are many people using them. I wonder whether they can prevent some serious diseases. I would really appreciate your opinion. Thanks in advance, folks. Bye bye!

Hi, there. Anti-aging oxidants are in general for postponing aging process. They fight against free radicals that make many cell damages. Those damages can lead to serious diseases like cancer is. So, in a way, you can say that those antioxidants can help in preventing cancer. They help with preventing some degenerative diseases. They also strengthen your immune system, so it can fight back to microbes and many infections. They are also good for preventing cardiovascular diseases since they reduce cholesterol oxidation.
